Location

They are currently in Mexico.

Most of their sailing has been in Central America, the Bahamas and the Caribbean.

According to Instagram, they are in Florida but may head back to the Bahamas.

They are no strangers to sailing and had been around the United States, Caribbean and many more places.

Both are qualified captains and already had some experience.

Kevin and Wendy were able to purchase their boat through working in Corporate America for many years.

Kevin worked in corporate finance, then worked for a property developer before eventually retiring.

He is originally from Sweden.

Gustav previously sailed with his girlfriend Lynn, but they separated in late 2019. This is the video announcing the breakup:

Prior to this, Sailor Malou used to be called Ocean Around. Gustav changed the name of the channel after the separation.

There was another (very beautiful) girl called Evelina from Sweden who joined for a short time too.

The Boat

His boat is a custom build.

Upgrades

He’s had to fit a new mast and electronics.

Location

Malou is currently in Tromsø, Norway. It’s from here that he can see the Northern Lights.

It does appear that he’s up to date on videos.

He has sailed mostly through the Mediterranean.

Gustav is a budget-backpacker and didn’t have much money. After all, he only paid $2,000 for his yacht.
